住飯店這麼多次 第一次遇到門卡沒有設定，無法開啟房門的 而且那天櫃檯已經沒有人，打電話也無法聯繫上 好險遇到鎖泳池的員工，才給一張備用卡 不然就要睡在大廳，還照付房費

非常棒 我訂的suite套間 廚房 微波爐 冰箱 洗碗機 烤箱一應俱全 還有碗勺和全新的洗碗布。 還有洗衣機和烘乾機。簡直太適合一家人住。我在訂房網站訂的，比其他平台便宜快一半。

Really good location for exploring the Hervey bay area and reslly close to the Harbour for a fantastic day 訂房網站 across to Fraser Island. Great breskfasts. Staff very helpful and the evening Bar food was very tasty. Really enjoyed our 3 nights and the Pool outside of our patio area was a bonus.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during our stay and downtown is about 2Km away.   Room is spacious with spa.  Parking is full due to some jetski occupied extra parking space. Love this place and will definitely come again

位置不是很方便，距離主街約10分鐘車程 飯店設有地下停車場不用讓車子在外風吹雨淋，只是最近飯店在整修，不能完整體驗設施。

The room had an extremely strong cheap motel disinfectant smell. I could not sleep. While the (King) bed was absolutely marvelous. Due to the strong smell, we opened the door of the garden site for fresh air. It was 7 degrees outside. There was an extra blanket, for a single bed. You understand that we missed a bit of sleep. And I sent you a photo from the wardrobe, and the surrounding decoration, which was quite a joke. The single extra blanket on a king bed is not effective. The room had only one chair, so I put a garden chair in the room. The shower and the bed were the best things in this apartment, and that's all. The reception area needs urgently new furniture. Warn out unclean chairs. The management of this Ramada Franchise should get their act together! Thank you!

I stated at the Ramada for two nights when I was in Hervey Bay for a 訂房網站 to Fraser Island. Overall, it was a pleasant enough stay. The hotel location is located near the esplanade, which is a quiet part of town about 8 km from the CBD, and has a few dining options within walking distance near the boat club. The hotel staff were all friendly upon arrival, the hotel room I was in was reasonably modern / well maintained (but your expectations should be set at "regional Australia hotel quality" and not "major city hotel quality"), and it has a on-site pool / restaurant (there was also a tiny 'gym' but it did not really have anything other than a cardio machine and some small weights). There was on-site parking, but the spaces were small and filled up very quickly when I was there (I didn't have trouble parking, but did find myself getting the final free space a couple of times). I had no real complaints about the place and would happily stay there again.

Pity the restaurant wasn’t open . But I enjoyed my meal at boat club instead. Quiet and clean . Noisy in bathroom though.
